4. Adăugăm făina de in, proteinele și aluatul și amestecăm până ce devine consistent și cremos. Apoi se adaugă scorțișoară după gustul fiecăruia.
5. Aluatul îl turnăm în tigaie și îl coacem pe fiecare parte.
