Gordon Ramsay's tuna salad

It seems that Gordonică is my new ultimate cooking fave lately and I have already tested a lot of her recipes, all with absolutely impeccable results. This salad is from the Home Cooking series episode 6 (French) and I immediately fell in love with its simplicity, along with the wide range of colors that invite you to what you know for sure will be a healthy lunch. Or a dinner. Or a brunch.

Let me tell you how it is for a rich salad that feeds two mouths. They are boiled in water that is already bubbling, about 500 grams of new potatoes small, well washed and a generous handful of green beans cleaned of heads. I generally do not peel new potatoes, I think they do not need, it is too thin and honestly, healthy, so no worries! Boil the green beans for a few minutes (3-4) to keep some texture in it, respectively to be crispy. Once cooked, drain the vegetables well and grease with very little olive oil, Himalayan salt and white pepper to absorb the flavor. Boil 3 country eggs until you get an almost hardened yolk.
