Muffins are a cult whether they are sweet or savory, the important thing is that they are soft and tasty.
Today I experimented with this savory ham and cheese muffin recipe from a brunch cookbook. I must say that it was a nice discovery, these ham muffins are very good, really worth trying, one leads to another: P

Method
How to make ham muffins
Cut the provolino into cubes and the cooked ham into small pieces.
We proceed as usual in the preparation of muffins: forming two separate compounds with the wet and dry ingredients.
Separately, add the Parmesan, salt and yeast to the flour.
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the milk and melted butter.
Combine the two doughs then add the ham and cheese.
Mix with a wooden spoon.
Grease and flour the muffin molds and pour 2/3 of the mixture.
Bake the salted ham muffins at 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes (or until sticking a toothpick into the muffin, it comes out clean and dry).
