RECIPE PREPARATION Oven appetizer roll:

Mix all the ingredients for the dough, leave it to rise for 10 minutes. From the dough we spread a sheet the thickness of a finger. Grease the sheet with the beaten egg, sprinkle the Telemea cheese, the pieces of pepper and pieces of cheese, then roll the sheet and insert it in a heat-resistant (round) shape.

Leave to rise for another 10 minutes, grease the roll with yolk and decorate with oatmeal and poppy seeds.

Bake in the preheated oven over medium heat for 50-60 minutes.

Turkey roll is one of my favorites. I like turkey more than chicken, it tastes better and is not as fat as other types of meat. I use it in many dishes and it seemed appropriate to use it for holiday steak. I chose the turkey roll, because I wanted to offer an alternative to the classic pork frying pan that we all prepare, but of course you can also use pork muscles instead of the turkey breast.

To prepare this turkey roll, I thought about what ingredients would suit this kind of meat to make it delicious and juicy. Because I used to Turkey breast without bone and skin, so without traces of fat, I chose the variant of aromatic butter meant to taste and keep the meat juicy. In butter I added common but extremely flavorful ingredients, such as garlic, rosemary, parsley, mustard and red peppercorns.

Also for flavor, but also for taste, I put a few slices of turkey bacon, 5 in number, and some grated Parmesan cheese. That's because we are preparing this roll for a holiday and we want it to be more special. However, Parmesan cheese can be omitted, or it can be replaced with mozzarella. To tie the roll, I used kitchen thread, because I wanted to make sure that the filling would not come out of the roll. If necessary, you can use toothpicks or skewer sticks.

I put the roll in the oven, greased with oil and left it for about an hour and 20 minutes, until it browned well on top. You can also check it with a steak thermometer, and the internal temperature must be at least 78 degrees Celsius. When the turkey roll is ready, do not serve it immediately. Cover it with aluminum foil and let it rest for about 30 minutes, it will be much juicier and cut easily. Serve it with your favorite garnish and enjoy the result.

For the countertop I used the same working method as for the recipes mentioned above, a countertop with which you will certainly not fail, which will run nicely and will not crack on the edges.

Separate the eggs, then in a bowl rub the 6 yolks with 6 tablespoons of oil, salt. Then add 3 tablespoons of sour cream, 6 tablespoons of flour and baking powder. Separately, beat the egg whites with the mixer and gradually incorporate them into the composition.

We lined a large tray with baking paper. The tray, preferably rectangular, is 28 & # 21540 cm. or the one on the stove.
For a more beautiful look, take about 4 tablespoons of the composition and put green food coloring until you get the desired shade. With a poche or a paper cone you play a little on the baking sheet. Pour the rest of the dough on top. Leave in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.

For the filling The binder is a fine cream cheese, Philadelphia type. Mix the cream cheese together with the sour cream and grated cheese, add the chopped dill and season with vegeta to taste. The broccoli bunches are steamed. I put them in a pasta strainer over an oana with boiling water. This way it keeps its raw greens, which by boiling in water fade. Choose the green part of the bouquets and add over the cream cheese.

Take the tray out of the oven and with a spoon quickly put the ham that you mixed with the sour cream, in several piles that you spread, then, with the back of the spoon. After that, put the tray in the oven for 10 minutes. After removing it from the oven, hold the tray slightly tilted in front of you and, with the blade of a knife, start rolling the sheet from top to bottom, letting it fall on a plate. If necessary, cut the roll into two smaller trays.

Sprinkle with the remaining hot butter and sprinkle with grated cheese.

This one roll appetizer it is served hot, and if it remains, you can reheat it in the oven.
