THE sea bass fillets they are really very versatile, I love this fish and in this recipe I wanted to enhance the meat by creating a tasty and at the same time elegant second course. For the recipe you need a pomegranate, both for its grains and for the juice, a little oil, parsley, a bed of puree and obviously the fillet of sea bass.

How to make sea bass fillets
Clean the sea bass and make 2 fillets.
Divide each fillet into 2 and then into 4 parts.
Put a little oil in a pan and cook the fillets on both sides for about 5 minutes.
Cut the pomegranate, set aside a few grains and extract its juice with a juicer.
Then filter it with a colander.
Add the juice obtained to the pan and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Spread the mashed potatoes on a serving dish and place the sea bass fillets on top.
Finally add a few pomegranate grains.
Your sea bass fillets are ready to be brought to the table with a little parsley.
